“Сэлбэ хот”-ын бүтээн байгуулалтын ажил төлөвлөгөөт хугацааны дагуу эрчимтэй урагшилж байна. Төслийн талбайд баригдаж буй орон сууцны барилгуудын угсралтын ажил дуусч, дараагийн өрлөг болон гадна заслын ажлуудыг гүйцэтгэхэд бэлэн болжээ. Тухайлбал, төслийн эхний блок барилгуудын хаалга, цонх, гадна фасад болон лифт угсрах ажлуудыг хийхэд бэлэн болсон байна.
“Нутгийн Буян” группийн гүйцэтгэж буй 3.3 багцын 5 блок барилгын угсралтын ажил бүрэн дууссан бол Монкон группийн 4.1 багцын барилгуудаас 2 блокийн үндсэн караказ угсралт дуусчээ. Дараагийн 9 блокийн техникийн давхрын угсралтын ажил идэвхтэй үргэлжилж байна.
Үндэсний их баяр наадмын дараагаас барилгуудын дотор өрлөг болон хаалга, цонхны угсралтын ажлуудыг шат дараатай хийж гүйцэтгэнэ. Ирэх намар барилгуудыг дулаан, төвлөрсөн халаалтад залгаснаар 2026 оны сүүлч гэхэд нийт төлөвлөгөөт ажлын 65-70 хувийг бүрэн гүйцэтгэсэн байхаар зорин ажиллаж байна.
Улмаар 2027 оны тавдугаар сарын 31-ний өдрөөс эхлэн орон сууцны барилгуудыг гурван үе шаттайгаар Улсын комисст хүлээлгэн өгөхөөр төлөвлөжээ.
“Сэлбэ хот”-ын бүтээн байгуулалтын талбайд нийт 113 блок бүхий 8,575 айлын орон сууцны цогцолбор баригдахаас өнөөдрийн байдлаар 102 блокийн барилга угсралтын ажил үргэлжилж, инженер мэргэжилтнүүд хөдөлмөрийн аюулгүй ажиллагааг ханган өндөр зохион байгуулалттайгаар ажиллаж байна.
The Exterior Facade Works of the Selbe Subcenter Buildings Are Ready to Begin
Construction of “Selbe City” is progressing rapidly according to schedule. The structural assembly of the residential buildings under construction on the project site has been completed, and the buildings are now ready for the next stages of masonry and exterior finishing works. In particular, the first group of buildings is ready for the installation of doors, windows, exterior facades, and elevators.
The five buildings in Package 3.3, being constructed by the Nutgiin Buyan Group, have completed their structural assembly. Meanwhile, in Package 4.1 being carried out by the Moncon Group, the main structural framework of two buildings has been completed. Construction of the technical floors for the remaining nine buildings is actively underway.
After the National Naadam Festival, interior masonry work and the installation of doors and windows will be carried out in stages. Once the buildings are connected to heating and the central heating system this autumn, the project aims to complete 65-70 percent of the planned work by the end of 2026.
Furthermore, starting on May 31, 2027, the residential buildings are scheduled to be handed over to the State Commission in three phases.
The “Selbe City” development project includes the construction of a residential complex consisting of 113 building blocks with 8,575 apartments. As of today, construction work is underway on 102 buildings, with engineers and specialists working in a highly organized manner while ensuring occupational safety standards are maintained.
