Нийслэл хотын экосистемийг хамгаалах, үйлдвэрлэлийн бүсийн төлөвлөлтийг оновчтой болгох зорилготой “Эмээлт эко аж үйлдвэрийн парк” төслийн бүтээн байгуулалт эрчимтэй үргэлжилж байна. Хан-Уул дүүргийн 13 дугаар хороо, Шар хөвийн хоолойд байрлах 539 га талбайд хэрэгжиж буй энэхүү төсөл нь байгаль орчинд сөрөг нөлөө үзүүлж буй арьс шир, ноос ноолуурын үйлдвэрүүдийг үе шаттайгаар нүүлгэн шилжүүлж, бохирдсон бүсийг нөхөн сэргээх замаар үйлдвэрлэлийг орчин үеийн, байгальд ээлтэй технологид шилжүүлэх стратегийн ач холбогдолтой юм.
Төслийн хүрээнд 24 мвт хүчин чадалтай дулааны цахилгаан станцыг барьж байгуулах бөгөөд уг дулааны цахилгаан станцын ерөнхий төлөвлөлт, загвар зураг батлагдлаа. Ерөнхий төлөвлөлт, загвар зургийг Нийслэлийн Хот байгуулалт, хотын стандартын газар баталсан юм.
Одоогоор барилга угсралтын ажлыг эхлүүлэх бэлтгэл ажлууд хангагдаж байна. Эмээлт эко аж үйлдвэрийн паркийн станц нь паркийн дулаан, цахилгаан эрчим хүч болон үйлдвэрлэлийн уурын хэрэгцээг хангана.
Уг станц 7.4 га талбайд хэрэгжиж, нийт 38 үндсэн болон туслах барилга байгууламжаас бүрдэх юм. Үүнд зуухны байр, турбин генератор, түлш хадгалах байгууламж, ус бэлтгэлийн цех, насосны станц, цахилгаан дэд станц зэрэг гол объектууд багтаж байна.
GENERAL PLAN AND DESIGN APPROVED FOR THE 24 MW THERMAL POWER PLANT IN EMEELT ECO INDUSTRIAL PARK
Construction of the Emeelt Eco Industrial Park project is progressing steadily with the goal of protecting Ulaanbaatar’s ecosystem and optimizing the planning of industrial zones.
The project is being implemented on a 539-hectare site located in Shar Khoviin Khooloi, 13th subdistrict, Khan-Uul District. It is strategically important because it aims to gradually relocate leather, hide, wool, and cashmere processing factories that currently have negative environmental impacts, rehabilitate polluted areas, and transition industrial production to modern, environmentally friendly technologies.
As part of the project, a 24 MW thermal power plant will be constructed. The general plan and design drawings for the plant have now been officially approved by the Ulaanbaatar City Urban Development and Standards Department.
Preparatory work for the start of construction is currently underway. The power plant will supply the eco-industrial park with Heat energy, Electricity, and Industrial steam required for manufacturing operations. The plant will occupy 7.4 hectares and consist of 38 main and auxiliary buildings and facilities. Key components include Boiler house, Turbine generator building, Fuel storage facilities, Water treatment plant, Pumping station, Electrical substation, and other supporting infrastructure.
Once completed, the plant will serve as the primary energy source for the Emeelt Eco Industrial Park, supporting its industrial operations while promoting environmentally sustainable development.
